System integration

System and API Integration That Keeps Your Data Flowing Automatically

You don't need to replace the applications you already use. We connect them to each other, so order, stock, and payment data moves on its own instead of being retyped.

  • Marketplaces, accounting, and ERP
  • Payment gateways and WhatsApp
  • Scheduled or real-time sync
  • Alerts when data fails to send

Challenges

Signs your systems need to be connected

  • Admin staff copying data between applications

Marketplace orders are copied into the warehouse system, then copied again into the accounting software.

  • Stock out of sync across channels

A product still shows as available on one marketplace when it has already sold out on another channel.

  • Payments checked one by one

Your finance team matches bank statements against orders by hand.

Integrations

Systems we can connect

  • Marketplaces

Orders, stock and prices stay in sync with your marketplace stores.

  • Accounting software

Sales and purchase transactions go into your books automatically.

  • Payment gateways

Payments are verified automatically and the order status updates with them.

  • WhatsApp Business API

Order confirmations, reminders and notifications are sent via WhatsApp.

  • ERP and legacy systems

Data from the systems you already run is pulled and sent through an API or the database.

  • Logging and monitoring

Every data exchange is logged, and your team is alerted if anything fails.

What if our existing system doesn't have an API?

There are still options, such as reading data directly from the database, using scheduled export files, or building a small API on the legacy system's side. We assess this during discovery.

Is the integration secure?

Access uses API keys with limited permissions over encrypted connections, and every data exchange is recorded in a log.

What happens if one of the systems goes down?

Data that fails to send is held in a queue and resent automatically, and your team is notified.
