Where is Webzoo based?
Our office is in Bekasi, West Java. We work online with clients from many regions, and can meet in person when needed.
How do I start a project with Webzoo?
Contact us through the Get a Quote page or on WhatsApp. We will arrange a consultation to understand what you need, then send you a written proposal.
Is there a charge for the initial consultation?
No. There is no charge for the initial consultation, where we get to understand your needs.
Will Webzoo sign an NDA?
Yes, before we see any of your internal data or documents.

How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the number of pages, the features and how ready your content is. After discovery, you receive a stage-by-stage schedule, from page structure through to launch.
Which platforms do you use?
WordPress for teams that want a familiar CMS, or Laravel and React for websites with specific features. We recommend whichever suits your needs.
Can we manage the website content ourselves?
Yes. The website comes with a CMS, and we train your team at handover.
Will the domain and hosting be in our name?
Yes. The domain, hosting and all accounts are registered in your business's name.
What about our existing website that already has visitors?
We map the old URLs and set up the right redirects, so the visitors and rankings you already have are not lost.

How long does it take to build a custom application?
It depends on the number of modules and integrations. After discovery, you receive a timeline for each phase. A first version with the most important features can go into use early, then be developed further in stages.
Will we own the source code?
Yes. The source code, database and documentation are handed over to you.
Can the application connect to our existing systems?
Yes, as long as the system provides an API or data access, for example accounting software, marketplaces, payment gateways or an ERP.
Where will the application be hosted?
On your own servers, in the cloud, or on servers we manage. We help you work out what server capacity you need.

How long does SEO take to show results?
Technical fixes can make a difference within a few weeks, while content usually takes a few months to climb in search results. We report on progress every month.
Can Webzoo promise the top spot on Google?
No. Nobody can guarantee a position on Google. What we do promise is a transparent process and honest reporting.
Can you do SEO on a website Webzoo did not build?
Yes. We audit the platform and access first, then explain your options if there are any technical obstacles.

How much ad spend do we need?
It depends on how competitive the keywords are in your industry. We work out an estimate during the audit. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google, separately from our management fee.
Will the Google Ads account be in our name?
Yes. The account and all of its data belong to you. We are only given access to manage it.
When will the ads start delivering results?
Ads can go live within a few days once tracking and campaigns are ready. It usually takes a few weeks of data before they can be fine-tuned properly.

How does payment work?
Projects are paid in stages, according to the milestones agreed in the proposal and contract.
What documents will we receive?
A written proposal, a contract, invoices and tax invoices. At the end of the project you also receive the technical documentation and source code.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every project comes with a bug warranty after launch, for the period stated in the contract.
What if our requirements change mid-project?
Changes are discussed first, their impact on the timeline and cost is explained in writing, and work only begins once you approve.
