Content Policy

By using our services, you agree to our strict content policy. Webzoo does not accept requests to build websites that contain illegal content of any kind. Prohibited content, which may lead to refusal or termination of service, includes but is not limited to:

• Fraud: Websites that support or facilitate fraud, pyramid schemes, phishing or any manipulation intended to deceive other users will not be accepted.
• Online Gambling: We do not build websites connected with online gambling activities, whether directly or indirectly.
• Illegal Adult Content: We do not accept requests to build websites containing illegal pornographic content, child exploitation or any other form of adult content that breaks the law.
• Violence and Discrimination: Websites that contain or encourage violence, hatred, discrimination or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender or sexual orientation will not be accepted.
• Harmful Content: We will not accept websites that distribute malware, viruses or other harmful software, or that encourage actions harmful to public health or safety.
• Other Illegal Activities: Any activity or content that contravenes the laws and regulations of Indonesia will be grounds for us to refuse service.

Right to Refuse and Terminate Service

Webzoo reserves the right to refuse service or to terminate a contract with a client if there are indications that the requested website contains, or will contain, illegal content as described above. If a website we have built is later found to contain or promote illegal content, we have the full right to terminate the service unilaterally, without further notice and without refunding any service fees already paid.

Refund Terms

The customer understands and agrees that fees paid for website development services are non-refundable under any circumstances, including where the website later turns out to contain content that breaches this policy. Accordingly, full responsibility for published content rests with the customer as the owner of the website.

User Declaration

By using our services, you represent and warrant that all content to be published on your website is lawful and does not breach any applicable law. You are fully responsible for the legal consequences of any content published on the website we build.
